End UserLicense Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA.

2. Platform Terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms. If there is a conflict between Apple's mandatory terms and this EULA, Apple's mandatory terms control to the extent required.

3. Geographic Availability

The App is not offered to users in the European Union or Mainland China.

By using the App, you represent that:

  • You are not located in the European Union or Mainland China.
  • You are not using the App in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

We may limit, block, suspend, or terminate access in restricted regions at our discretion.

4. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the age requirements under applicable law in your jurisdiction to use the App.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account information.
  • Keeping your login credentials secure.
  • All activity under your account.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

Workmanship may offer an auto-renewable subscription (for example, “Monthly Supporter”).

Subscription terms:

  • Title: Shown in the purchase flow and in App Store product details.
  • Length: Monthly (or as displayed at checkout).
  • Price: As displayed in-app and in your App Store region/currency.
  • Billing: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Renewal: Automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal Charge: Your account is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Management/Cancellation: Manage or cancel in Apple ID Subscriptions settings.
  • Refunds: Handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame others.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Interfere with App security, integrity, or operation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt unauthorized access.

7. User Content

If you post or upload content, you retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, and distribute that content as needed to operate and improve the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy: https://www.workmanship.app/privacy

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including code, design, branding, text, graphics, and features, is owned by or licensed to Workmanship TNJT and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (for example, Apple, Firebase, Sanity CMS, payment platforms, etc.) We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workmanship shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the App.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Workmanship and its affiliates from claims arising out of your misuse of the App, violation of this EULA, or violation of law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate this EULA or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

15. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. Updated versions are effective when posted in-app or on our site. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised EULA.

16. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
